BECOME A LISTED SUPPLIER

Aims

Any company working in the tourist, accommodation or catering sectors may submit its candidacy for the annual Lac d’Annecy Accueil et Découverte (LAAD) group listings.
This listing consists of a network of trusted suppliers for LAAD members, hotels, campsites, restaurants, rented accommodation and other tourist-related activities and services around the Lac d’Annecy. The aim of becoming part of this network is to encourage business between suppliers and LAAD members.
While members keep free rein over the running of their business, LAAD has created a centralized system of purchasing incentives, based on reducing members' fees in proportion to the amount they spend with listed suppliers. Members must commit to meeting a representative from the listed business at least once.

Principles:

Businesses may be listed in one or several ranges of products or services
There may be no more than two listed suppliers for each range (apart from in the “wine” range)
The listing committee: is made up of 12 LAAD members, it decides which businesses are listed
Listings are valid from: 1 January to 31 December
It is possible to be added to listings during the year in ranges which are incomplete or do not already exist.
Pre-tax annual listings fees: 350 euros per range
Management fee: 3% of pre-tax income from LAAD members

Stages:

1/ Submitting an application
The prospective supplier must submit an application to LAAD containing:
A description of the company (products, services, flowchart, etc.)
Current prices
Prices or discounts exclusively for LAAD members, based on a simplified market price list (80/20) and a complete market price list.

2/ The listing committee:
The committee, made up of 12 LAAD members, studies all supplier applications and grants them a place in the annual listings based on:
The quality of products and services they offer
Prices aimed exclusively at LAAD members

3/ Contract for commercial cooperation
A three year contract establishing terms and conditions is signed by LAAD and the supplier.

4/ Access to the LAAD online network
Access is granted to the online LAAD supplier area, which allows suppliers to:
Declare their quarterly turnover online
Access member files
Email members
