Damien, Kaileigh and their team welcome you to La Ravoire campsite. Their story begins in 1983, when Damien’s father created his first campsite, “Les Fontaines”. Along with Olivier, his twin brother, Damien grew up and played in this environment. Those games eventually turned into work, naturally within the family, and Damien kept learning every step of the way. Later, after earning degrees in International Business and a Master’s in Tourism, Damien was only 23 when he took over the management of the family campsite’s restaurant. Then came the big leap in 2012, when his father bought a second campsite, “La Ravoire”, which Damien started managing. Each brother now runs his own establishment, but they share everything they have learned and improved together, staying closely united within their family.
Summer 2015, a young English tourist was on holiday at La Ravoire. That was Kaileigh. She and Damien instantly fell for each other! Already experienced in the professional camping industry, Kaileigh left England and settled here to work year-round at the campsite. Today, Damien and Kaileigh are parents of two and full of energy, balancing family life and running the business. In their rare moments of free time, they recharge by hiking in the mountains. This balance, their complementary qualities, and their deep family roots are what make Damien and Kaileigh strong. And it shows!
