Simon is the founder of Planète Apnée, which he set up in 2022 on the shores of Lake Annecy in Veyrier-du-Lac. From a very young age, this Annecy native has spent his free time in the water – Lake Annecy, of course! From the family rowing boat, his father would take him underwater to discover the silent world…
After completing his studies and starting his career in music, Simon decided at the age of 30 to give his life meaning. He set out to train in this discipline, obtained his State-certified Freediving Instructor Diploma two years later, and founded his own school, ‘Planète Apnée’. And as nothing happens by chance, his meeting with Adeline paved the way for a shared adventure. A hypnotherapist, Adeline also obtained her State-certified instructor diploma, and it was only natural that together they would pass on their expertise in freediving. Today, with a life already full to the brim, Simon is walking the path he has chosen. A path of sharing, respect, listening and kindness. It is all of this that Simon conveys today through freediving.
