From the age of 20, Benoît built a solid experience in the hotel industry around the world. From Saint-Barth to Megève, from Paris to Canada, he returned in 2018 to bring new life to this hotel and restaurant.
Passionate about travel and gastronomy, Benoît is also a golf player and is happy to share his passion with his guests. It’s perfect, too, as his hotel is just a few minutes from one of the most beautiful greens in the region! In the village of Saint-Ferreol, just a few kilometers from Lake Annecy, the FLORIMONT hotel first charms you with its chalet-style architecture.
