Originally from Paris, Justine came to Talloires to join her sweetheart, Clément, a local who comes from a long line of hoteliers. As luck would have it, Clément had just purchased an old hotel. After two years of renovations, Le Mouton Bleu opened its doors on July 6, 2021. Justine breathed new life into the place, even bringing furniture from her childhood. This hotel has become almost like a family home on the shores of Lake Annecy, with which she has also fallen in love. Justine has found her balance and her place in this village where she wants to fully invest herself. Soon to be a mother, she’s aware of the exceptional quality of life here for young parents. Justine loves to recommend her favorite spots to guests—there are many! She also happily shares her passion… for cheese!
