Séverine and her godson Alexis welcome you to Camping le Crêtoux. They are locals, originally from the village of Saint Eustache, just near the campsite, which has been run by their Chappet family since 1963. As children, they would take part everyst of May in the family reunion… at Le Crêtoux, of course!

In 2024, life changed: Séverine left her job in sales in Annecy, Alexis left his Law studies, and together they decided to carry on the family business after the passing of their cousin Annette. “We had to learn everything,” Séverine says—including DIY, landscaping, and all the skills needed to run a campsite. The rest, they already have: a sense of hospitality, passion for their region, and a desire to share it. When it comes to passion, Séverine is a fan of mountain hiking. As for Alexis, his loves are wood… and cheese!

So, when you arrive at Le Crêtoux, don’t hesitate to ask them for advice about your stay. They’ll share with you the most beautiful discoveries of the region they love so much.
