Trained at a hotel management school, Sylvie quickly set her sights on a career as a receptionist, went to Ireland to practice her English, and returned to her region to work at the front desk of several hotels in Annecy and La Clusaz. A native of Annecy-le-Vieux, she settled in Talloires in 1999, instantly falling under its spell. In 2011, she joined Hôtel du Lac as a receptionist, later becoming Assistant Manager, and today she is the Director. Entirely rooted in Talloires, she is also involved as a Municipal Councilor. Sylvie’s smile and cheerful nature are her trademarks, and she loves sharing her favorite things about this beloved region with visitors.
