Jean-Philippe continues the story of a family of hoteliers who founded the Auberge du Semnoz. He tells us that it all began in the 1920s, in this family farmhouse where traditional dances were held. Born in Saint-Jorioz, Jean-Philippe is the 4th generation of this family who, for over 100 years, has been welcoming visitors. Jean-Philippe lives his profession as a chef at the heart of his homeland. He gets up very early to source his cheeses, meats, cold cuts, and wines directly from local farmers and producers. This man of the land, deeply rooted in the Laudon Valley, offers his customers a cuisine that reflects who he is: generous, simple, and authentic. Everything his grandfather taught him—the love of our alpine pastures and our farmers—Jean-Philippe highlights every day in his inn.
In Saint-Jorioz, Le Saint-Hubert has become an institution. Jean-Philippe and his team offer you gourmet, creative cuisine that highlights the finest products from our region. In an elegant and welcoming setting, take the time to discover our region through this authentic and flavourful cuisine, and immerse yourself in the convivial atmosphere that is also the hallmark of this restaurant.
